TripAdvisor recognizes nine properties of Kosmopolito Hotels International

Kosmopolito Hotels International has announced that nine of its hotels have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award. The hotels in Hong Kong that were honored are: Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong, Cosmo Hotel Mongkok, Cosmopolitan Hotel Hong Kong, The Mercer and Dorsett Regency Hong Kong. In Malaysia, Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur and Grand Dorsett Labuan received similar endorsement; and in China, it’s the Dorsett Regency Wuhan and Yue Shanghai.

The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this award.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
