Starwood opens tallest St. Regis hotel

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has announced the opening of its latest property - the 100-story St. Regis Shenzhen.

The hotel, the world’s tallest St. Regis hotel occupying the top 28 floors of the building, is brand’s fourth hotel opening in Asia in the last six months.

“The opening of The St. Regis Shenzhen represents a significant moment for St. Regis, as the brand continues to grow globally in destinations designed for a new generation of affluent travelers,” says Paul James, Global Brand Leader St. Regis and The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts.“We are eager to debut The St. Regis Shenzhen to both international travelers and the local community,” continues General Manager Stephen Ford. “With our superb location, sophisticated service and refined elegance, we look forward to offering guests an unparalleled experience both befitting of the destination and true to the St. Regis legacy.”

The St. Regis Shenzhen boasts 257 guest rooms and 40 suites ranging in size from 40 to 325 square meters.
