The Sheraton Changbaishan Resort comprises 297 guest rooms and suites, as well as a Sheraton Club Lounge and Sheraton Club rooms with upgraded amenities. It is equipped with the Link@Sheraton (R) technology for connectivity in the lobby.

The 262 room Westin Changbaishan Resort has ski-in/ski-out access which allows guest to ski straight into the hotel lobby, and also houses Maru, the first Korean restaurant in a Starwood branded hotel.
