Simon Morley new GM at Holiday Inn Phuket

IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) has appointed Simon Morley general manager for Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Mai Khao Beach.

An Australian national, Morley graduated from the University of Hawaii, Honolulu, USA with qualifications in Hotel Management. He has over 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry, first joining IHG as a Front Office Manager at InterContinental Resort Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, and later as Revenue Manager of Crowne Plaza Hotel Dubai. Since then, he has moved across regions, working in Melbourne, Australia as a Cluster Revenue Manager, and in Seoul, South Korea, joining Grand InterContinental Hotel Seoul as an Executive Assistant Manager.

Prior to his current appointment, Simon was the general manager at Holiday Inn Clark, Pampanga, Philippines.
