Sands China announces new exec appointments

Macau casino owner and operator Sands China has appointed Edward M. Tracy as president and chief operating officer and David R. Sisk as executive vice president and chief casino officer, effective from August 10.
 
Both will report to Michael A. Leven, acting CEO of Sands China, who recently took over the CEO role from Steve Jacobs.
 
Tracy and Sisk will oversee and manage all non-gaming operations and gaming operations respectively for all Sands China Ltd's existing properties which include Sands Macao, The Venetian Macao and The Four Seasons Hotel Macao and Plaza Casino and future developments in Macau.
 
Tracy has over 20 years of management and development experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. His experience includes serving as chairman and CEO of Capital Gaming, a multi-jurisdictional manager of Native American and Riverboat Casinos. Tracy also served as CEO of the Trump Organization, where he was responsible for managing over 12,500 employees, 3,000 luxury hotel rooms and 240,000 square feet of casino space.
 
Sisk is a veteran casino financial and operations executive with over 18 years of experience with major casino developers including Wynn Resorts and Caesars Palace. Prior to joining Sands China Ltd, Mr. Sisk was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.
