Regal Hotels signs new China property

Hong Kong-based Regal Hotels has announced it is to open a hotel in Kunshan, China in 2013.
 
The 300-room hotel will be the group’s first under its Regal Royale brand.
 
The property is owned by Ning Hu Real Estate (Kunshan) Co., LTD. Its operations involve real estate development and management, property consultancy, property leasing, exterior and interior refurbishment and property management.
 
Regal currently manages and operates six hotels in Hong Kong and a further five in mainland China. Together with the hotels under development in cities in China including Chengdu, Foshan, Shanghai, Suzhou and Zhengzhou, Regal Hotels has over 7,500 rooms and more than 80 restaurants and bars under its portfolio.
