New GM at Langham Place, Beijing

The Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport has appointed John Vouillamoz to the position of general manager. A native of Switzerland, Vouillamoz has spent more than 16 years in China serving most recently as general manager of Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square from 2009 to 2011. He was previously general manager of Crowne Plaza Beijing, and before that general manager at Holiday Inn Riverside Wuhan, in central China.
Vouillamoz also lived in Beijing between 1999 and 2003, during which time he was general manager of the Sino-Swiss Beijing Airport Hotel. From 1990 to 1994, he held F&B positions at The Palace Hotel Peninsula Group Beijing and Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza Beijing.
He has also worked at Aden Hotel Movenpick in Yemen, and Heliopolis Movenpick Hotel and Casino in Cairo, Egypt.
