Mandarin Oriental Singapore launches spa mobile app

Mandarin Oriental Singapore has developed a new mobile application for its spa facility in a bid to enhance the guest reception service.
The iPad application allows spa staff to attend to guest needs, from booking appointments to check-in, check-out, and completing forms.
Developed in a partnership with TripCraft and PAR Springer-Miller, the SpaSoft Mobile application translates the feature-rich SpaSoft Spa and Activity Management System into the tap and swipe medium of the iPad user interface. The result is an intuitive and easy to learn application with real-time integration to SpaSoft.
