Langham holds photography competition

Langham Hotels International has launched an innovative photography competition inviting people to send images of moments captured at one of its properties.
The winner of the competition, iconiclangham.com, will receive four nights stay in a Langham property of their choice plus return business class tickets for two with Cathay Pacific.
Each of the nine finalists meanwhile will win a two-night stay in the destination photographed in their entry.
"Every destination has icons that stand out and we want people to capture the most striking moments in an original way. This competition is designed to get everyone thinking iconic visions which will excite other people to travel to these places,” said Bon van den Oord, vice president – sales and marketing for Langham Hotels International.
For the Langham photo competition ( iconiclangham.com ), it shall make the announcement at the end of Jan. 2011, but it is now March, still no result. Besides, this website - iconiclangham.com (Langham website deletes all the photos of the Samui Island section. I believe there is something wrong with this competition. It may be a fake comeptition and it is only a kind of dishonest promotion event.
