Langham forms JV with Shui On Land

Langham Hospitality Group has announced it has formed a joint venture with Shui On Land that will see the 88 Xintiandi concept roll out across China in key locations.
As a first step, it has taken over the management of 88 Xintiandi, a luxury executive serviced apartment, located in the heart of Shanghai.
88 Xintiandi, Shanghai feature 53 spacious rooms, a full-service Club Lounge and state-of-the-art gym.
“The concept of 88 Xintiandi caters to a space that few can capitalise upon a China-born luxury product with international management expertise. The intimacy of this elegant oriental brand is perfectly suited for different luxury accommodation products depending on the needs of each location,” said Brett Butcher, chief executive of Langham Hospitality Group.
Langham Hospitality Group currently has 27 member hotels open or in the pipeline.
