JAL Hotels opens Hotel Nikko Shanghai

Japanese hotel chain JAL Hotels has opened its latest hotel in China – the 382-room Hotel Nikko Shanghai.
The five-star hotel is part of Manpo International Plaza, a new commercial real estate complex.
Nikko Hotels International is an international luxury hotel group operated by JAL Hotels, which is headquartered in Tokyo.
In addition to Nikko Hotels, JAL Hotels also operates Hotel JAL City, a chain of 13 mid-priced hotels in Japan for business travelers. JAL Hotels has 58 hotels in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and throughout Japan and the Asia/Pacific region.
In 2010, JAL Hotels will open two additional hotels in China: Hotel Nikko Wuxi, and Suzhou Qingshan Hotel.
Plans for additional openings include Hotel Nikko Xiamen, Hotel Nikko Guangzhou and Hotel Nikko Suzhou in China, and Hotel Nikko Saigon in Vietnam.
