Hilton Worldwide voted best hotel employer in China

Hilton Worldwide has been voted best hotel employer in China for the second consecutive year.

The award is presented by recruitment website ChinaHR.com, which launched the awards in 2003. This year's survey was based on the votes of around 50,000 students and young professionals from 764 universities.

Hilton Worldwide has around 12,000 staff in China, and around 75 percent of the group's general managers are promoted internally.
