Far East Hospitality implements EzRMS

Singapore hotel group Far East Hospitality has implemented the EzRMS revenue management suite in all of of its eight hotel properties.

The suite has been implemented in the new Oasia Hotel Singapore, Orchard Parade Hotel, The Quincy Hotel, The Elizabeth Hotel, Landmark Village Hotel, Albert Court Village Hotel, Changi Village Hotel and the East Village Hotel.

Raphael Saw, chief operating office of Far East Hospitality, said the implementation was a "leap into the future" for his group.

"As we become more focussed and structured in our revenue management decision making, by deploying EzRMS, it allows us to understand the market demand and customers' behaviour so we can react quickly to changing market conditions in order to manage our hotels more efficiently."

EzRMS is a product from the EasyRMS company, a leading provider of software as a service SaaS to the hotel industry worldwide.
